WORKING BRIEF / CHECKED SEPTEMBER 22, 2026

Two projects. Separate agreements.

Hardcore 64 belongs to NoPixel 4.0. DGen and the Wall of Degenerates belong to 5.0. They can share ideas and a rubric; participation is governed by separate player contracts. Hardcore’s current draft focuses on reciprocal scenes, credible losses, responsibility, and room for newer players.

The interface is ready to workshop. Discord verification, live bot ingestion, and scoring are not connected. The bot validator checks payload shape only; it does not save observations.

Still on the table.

Hardcore 64: permaroll odds, qualifying encounters (including PD), protection against exploiting a pledge, dispute resolution and withdrawal, activation and release of the 64 concurrent slots. DGen: crime taxonomy, scene-credit weights, publication timing, and the evaluator-versus-crim invitation choice. Each decision belongs to its own project agreement.
